We added a cool new feature to MAF ICIMS™ Skype for Business Reporting for when you need to track call quality on active Skype for Business calls. The Skype for Business Active Call Monitor gives you comprehensive details on the devices that you use, the connection type and other network elements.
The Skype for Business Real-Time Call Monitor shows quality details for Skype for Business calls whilst they are active. This allows you pro-active monitoring and trouble shooting. Test calls can be made and detailed information can be viewed. This includes connection method (Ethernet, Wireless, VPN), user agent, stream quality (Jitter, Round trip), packet loss and MOS. It also shows the call status (Ringing, connected or ended) and allows sorting on calls based on Type (Audio/Video), Direction (In/Out/Internal) and Quality (Good/Bad).
The Skype for Business Active Call Monitor monitor is currently only available for Skype for Business On Premises and a MAF ICIMS™ CC licence is required. Please get in touch if you have questions about this Skype for Business Reporting or if you want a free trial.
