MAF ICIMS™ Telephony Reporting Capabilities

MAF ICIMS™ allows you to easily produce comprehensive reports on your outgoing, incoming and internal calls, your phone bills (fixed and wireless) and Unified Communications (voice, video, instant messaging, conferencing, file transfers and shared applications). For this we have a powerful reporting tool that is easy to operate. And having problems? Then you ask us to help you, we do this gladly and free of charge.

Each report can run automatically and sent to you by e-mail. Monthly, weekly or daily whatever you want.

MAF ICIMS™ produces reports in all major file formats in both text and with beautiful graphs. Each report will be provided with your company details, organizations, departments, names of employees etc.

A small selection of the many possibilities:

Call charges local, national, international, mobile, premium-rate numbers….
Number of outbound, inbound, internal calls / duration….
Number of answered / unanswered calls….
Number of transferred calls, ring times….
Top 10, 20, XX extensions / destinations….

This information can be sort by:
