Personal data that we process
MAF InfoCom™ processes your personal data if you are using our solutions and/or by providing this information to us. Personal data that we process are first name and/or last name and/or gender and/or address and/or telephone number and/or address details and/or e-mail address and/or bank account number. We do not process special personal data.

Personal Data can also be imported or recorded from your communication systems, databases or entered in our solutions by yourself manually. This includes but is not limited to names, address details, email addresses, sip addresses, telephone numbers, voice recordings, location data and chat traffic.

Purpose of the Personal Data Processing
The purpose of processing the Personal Data for us is to be able to perform our services and/or to deliver solutions to you, to handle your payments and/or to send information and changes about our solutions and/or to call or e-mail you if this is necessary and/or because we are legally obliged to do so.

The purpose of processing the Personal Data for you is because you want to show this in reports, dashboards or wallboards that you make with our Solutions.

Automated decision-making
MAF InfoCom™ does not make decisions based on automated processing of computer programs or systems on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people.

The storage of personal data
MAF InfoCom™ does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected and normally no longer than 3 years and upon termination of our agreement unless you have requested us otherwise or if and when we are legally obligated to do so.

Sharing personal data with third parties
MAF InfoCom™ will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to take care of the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Access Personal Data
Employees or third parties with whom MAF InfoCom™ has concluded a Processing Agreement only have access to the personal data if this is strictly necessary for carrying out the work.

send you a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo in this copy, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of it
passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy.
